New guidelines have been handed down from the National Cheese Council and Tomato Growers Union.


They say you should make at least one meal a day contain at least six slices of extra-cheese / extra-sauce pizza.  Note that this is the minimum needed for survival.


We reached out to the research coordinator behind the guidelines, Dr. Jerry Shabbadue.  He tells us that "if you really want to be firing on all cylinders, and be able to live beyond your 43rd birthday, you really need to just go ahead and make pizza your main food staple.  Three meals per day is optimal."

Sounds like good advice!
